How to book?
Book directly at www.beeksebergen.nl/overnachten or call +31 (0)88-9000360. You can also call us to ask for more information. Your reservation is final as soon as you have received written confirmation thereof (by e-mail). If you would like to visit the Safari Resort and/of Holiday Park Beekse Bergen first, you are welcome any day of the year during opening hours!
Reservations
We only handle reservations from persons who are 18 and older. It is not permitted for children under 10 years old to stay in the accommodations without the supervision of an adult (at least 18 years old). You can indicate your preference for a particular pitch or accommodation when booking. A stay in an accommodation with a particular preference (e.g. for the location) will be fixed for you from €25 per reservation (the final price is dependent on the date of your stay and preference). Are you camping with us? In that case, you can pass on your preference for a pitch from €9.95. We will try to take any preferential bookings into account as much as possible. However, situations may arise in which we cannot offer the accommodation or location you want. In that event, we reserve the right to deviate from your preference. In that case you will be refunded the paid reservation fee. For each reservation, we reserve the right to refuse reservations, particularly group reservations, without giving reasons or to impose special conditions, such as requiring a deposit.
Arrival at and departure from the accommodations
Arrival or departure is possible for all accommodations at Holiday Park Beekse Bergen on Friday and Monday (except for long-term bookings). You can check into your accommodation from 15:00. Arrival or departure is possible for all accommodations at Safari Resort Beekse Bergen on Friday, Monday and Wednesday (except for long-term bookings). You can check into your accommodation from 16:00. On the day of arrival, you can report to reception from 10:00. You can already use the facilities of the park and the amusement parks, to which you will be provided unrestricted access upon display of your Attractions Pass. On the day of departure, you must vacate your accommodation before 10:00. On this day, you may also continue to use the facilities of the park and the Attractions Pass all day.
Reservations are always made for fixed arrival and departure dates. Departing earlier from or arriving later at your accommodation therefore has no effect on the total travel sum and no claim can therefore be made to restitutions in the event of earlier departure from or later arrival at your accommodation.
Arrival and departure at campsite
You may arrive at the campsite from 13:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, you must leave the campsite before 11:00. On the day of arrival and departure, you may use the facilities of the park and the day attractions, to which you will be provided unrestricted access upon display of your Attractions Pass (if booked beforehand). On your day of departure, if you wish to leave your camping equipment (tent, caravan or camper) on the site longer (i.e. after the regular departure time of 11:00), you will need to book one extra night. In the period between Ascension Day and Pentecost, and in July and August, camping pitches must be booked in advance. During the Ascension Day and Pentecost period, you must book a minimum of three nights. If you leave your camping equipment uninhabited, you must inform reception of this in advance. No refund will be given afterwards, as we will be unable to verify whether you used the campsite, or with how many people you used the campsite. However, if you report this in advance, it will be taken into account when calculating the rate. For a campsite with uninhabited camping equipment, the standard campsite rate plus two people will be charged.
Booking conditions
The maximum occupancy of the accommodations consists of the number of persons stated on the website. Each pitch is subject to a maximum occupancy of six people. The parks are unable to accept reservations for caravans/campers with tandem axles or that are more than 7.75 metres in length. These vehicles are not suitable for our campsites and roads. Camping rates include 2 people. Extra persons from the same family are subject to the rate of an extra person (up to a total of six people). It is not possible to change the type of camping vehicle or change the composition of the group after booking. Non-family members staying at the campsite are required to pay a guest rate. In the event of any changes to the reservation, an amendment fee of €20 will be charged.
We reserve the right to make changes to the layout and opening hours of the facilities of the parks, including but not limited to the swimming pool, catering and bowling. This also includes partial or complete closure of these facilities, without being eligible for any compensation.
Sports and recreation programme
During all Dutch school holidays, weekends and in general throughout the week, an expert team offers a varied sports and entertainment programme for all ages. In autumn and winter, the programmes may differ from the summer.
Family holiday park
All parks are family holiday parks. Unaccompanied groups of young people are not permitted without the supervision of an adult (at least 18 years old). If we believe that the composition of your group is in conflict with our target group, we reserve the right to reject your reservation without giving reasons, or to attach special conditions to this or to charge a deposit. Identification is required when staying at the park.
Recron terms and conditions
- The Recron terms and conditions for holiday rentals apply to all our offers and agreements for accommodations.
- The Recron terms and conditions for tourist sites apply to all our offers and agreements for tourist campsite pitches.
These general terms and conditions, as well as the park regulations, are applicable. These can be found at www.beeksebergen.nl.
Payment terms
If we can accept your reservation, you will receive a written confirmation from us by e-mail or post. This confirmation will conclude the agreement and the booking will be final. There is no cooling-off period; you may not cancel the agreement after receipt of the confirmation.
If there is more than six weeks between your arrival date and the booking date, the first payment (50%) must be paid within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation. The remaining amount must be received by us no later than six weeks before arrival. If there is less than six weeks between your arrival date and the booking date, you must pay the entire amount immediately. You will not receive confirmation of your payments. If we have not received your payment in time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in accordance with the Recron terms and conditions.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your holiday unexpectedly and you are not signed up to a cancellation fund (see below), you will be required to pay a fixed compensation fee. You must make your cancellation in writing. This compensation with respect to reserved accommodations and camping pitches is:
- 15% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation more than three months before the arrival date;
- 50% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation within two to three months before the arrival date;
- 75% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation within two months to one month before the arrival date;
- 90% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation within one month before the arrival date;
- 100% of the total price stated in the confirmation in the event of cancellation on the arrival date itself.
Even if you do not appear on the arrival date, you will be required to pay 100% of the total price stated in the confirmation (rental price including additional costs/excluding local taxes).
Cancellation fund
Participation in the cancellation fund indemnifies you against the cost of a cancellation caused by one of the following events, provided that an official statement is given:
- in the event of the death, illness or accident of the main visitor or one of the participants;
- in the event of an early interruption of your holiday due to the death of a relative once removed of the main visitor or one of the participants;
- in the event of an early interruption of your holiday due to fire, storm damage or lightning strike at home or to the property of the main visitor or one of the participants.
'Participants' is understood to mean the individuals listed on ‘mijn.beeksebergen.nl’.
Participation in the cancellation fund must be carried out immediately upon booking. The cancellation fund runs from the date of registration to the date of departure. In the event of early interruption of the holiday for any of the above reasons, a percentage of the rental fee will be refunded in proportion to the number of holiday days actually used. The fund will pay out once the pitch or accommodation is empty. You must communicate the latter to reception in writing. Participation in the cancellation fund costs 5% of the total rental fee. No policy fees will be charged.
